This includes:

  1. Reviewing and advising on the Contract for Sale.
  2. Negotiating directly with the vendor in relation to amendments to the Contract for Sale.
  3. Attending to exchange of Contracts.
  4. Arranging the payment of stamp duty.
  5. Preparing settlement figures and ensuring proper adjustments are made in relation to rent, council fees, water rates and strata levies.
  6. Liaising with the lender in relation to settlement.
  7. Attending to settlement.

Disbursements
